Are shipped orders insured against damage and/or loss?
Our supplier protects all customers from losses directly related to packages lost in shipment and freight damage. The protection, depending on the circumstance, may not cover incidental expenses such as shipping, handling and/or return shipping. When either a claim or tracer is required, we works directly with the supplier and the shipment carrier to provide a timely solution.

How long will it take for my item to ship?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier. An approximate shipping time is 2-5 business days.

At this time we can not accommodate expedited shipping requests.

How can I have a product returned?
How can I have a product returned? Most of products have return policies. To return a product, simply send us email with reasons for return request. You must receive the return authorization information. Refund may take up to 2 weeks after product has been received by supplier(s). Any restocking fees and shipping costs may be applied.
